Note to the reader: I drafted this post quite a while ago… maybe a couple of years even. I decided to now publish it – it is not getting any better while sitting in the draft folder.
How cute it this??? I was sitting in my new home and looking out of the window while the hot day migrated into a summer night – and there they were…! Half a dozen of bats were fluttering around my balcony, set against the darkening sky by a shiny, silvery crescent moon. Soooo cute!
