RBKV7725No, it’s not pink, it’s magenta, actually. Anyway, I will never ever enjoy this sight out of my bedroom window. It was my good-night view for nearly 10 years, but by moving, I lost it. I took this photograph during one of the last nights I spent in my old appartment.

You might wonder, why this post is addressed to “asparagus”? Well, in Frankfurt’s vernacular language, this tower is called “Ginnheimer Spargel”, translating to Ginnheim’s asparagus, with Ginnheim being the neighborhood where it stands.

And why the pink – pardon me, magenta – color? You might determine the tower’s sponsor (maybe owner even) from it if you are familiar with corporate designs in the TMT industry.
